The Disciplinary Committee is a permanent-specialized body of the Association, whose functions include:
- consideration of complaints against the actions of members of the Association
- consideration of cases of violation by members of the Association:
- requirements of federal laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation
- requirements of the Articles of Association, Standards and Rules for Entrepreneurship and other internal documents of the Association
- requirements for making mandatory contributions to the Association
- additional requirements for the procedure for ensuring the property liability of members of the Association during the implementation of activities
- consideration of cases on the application of disciplinary measures to members of the Association.
By the decision of the Board of the Association (Minutes No. 9 dated July 25, 2013), Anna Olegovna Zhuravleva was elected as the Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee.
