The President of the Association carries out the current management of the activities of the Association, acting as its sole executive body.
The President of the Association, acts on behalf of the Association and does not need the power of attorney, including representing the interests of the Association in the state authorities of the Russian Federation and local governments, as well as in relations with all legal entities and individuals in the Russian Federation and abroad, concludes contracts, issues powers of attorney, opens accounts in banks, enjoys the right to dispose of the Association's funds in accordance with the estimate, within the limits of his powers, makes all kinds of transactions and other legally significant actions related to the statutory activities of the Association.
The current President of the Association - David Yesayan, has been acting President since September 2017.
