Documents for entry

Admission of a new member of the Association is carried out on the basis of a relevant application from the applicant and upon submission of the following documents:

For legal entities:

  1. a notarized copy of the certificate of state registration (Certificate of making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities about a legal entity registered before 07/01/2002);
  2. a notarized copy of the tax registration certificate;
  3. a notarized copy of the Articles of Association with amendments and additions;
  4. a copy certified by the authorized body of the company (applicant) of the decision of the competent body on the appointment of the head of the organization;
  5. a copy certified by the authorized body of the company (applicant) of a document certifying that the competent body of the organization has taken a decision on participation in the Association;
  6. the original or a notarized copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, issued no later than 30 (thirty) days before applying to the Association with an application for membership;
  7. the application form of the applicant, drawn up on the letterhead of the organization signed by its head, containing a brief description of the activities of the organization, as well as information allowing the applicant to be attributed to the appropriate category of membership in the Association;
  8. other documents stipulated by the Membership Regulations;
  9. power of attorney to represent interests in the Association (if necessary).

For individual entrepreneurs:

  1. a notarized copy of the certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur;
  2. a notarized copy of the tax registration certificate;
  3. a copy of the passport certified by the individual entrepreneur himself with a mark on the place of registration;
  4. the original or a notarized copy of an extract from the register of legal entities, issued no later than 30 (thirty) days before applying to the Association with an application for membership;
  5. the application form of the applicant, drawn up on the letterhead of an individual entrepreneur signed by an individual entrepreneur, containing a brief description of the activities of an individual entrepreneur, as well as information that allows the applicant to be attributed to the appropriate category of membership in the Association;
  6. other documents stipulated by the Membership Regulations;
  7. power of attorney to represent interests in the Association (if necessary).

Application form for individual entrepreneurs

Applicants for membership in the Association should, by the time of submitting documents to the Association, familiarize themselves with the Charter of the Association, with the terms of membership and the procedure for paying fees. This information is posted by the Association on its official website on the Internet.

Submission of documents required for admission to the membership of the Association is carried out through:

  • sending documents by mail to the Association;
  • direct transfer of documents to the Association.
