Waste Recycling Association is an association of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs based on voluntary membership of business entities in the field of production and consumption waste management, manufacturers, importers and created to represent and protect their professional interests, to assist its members in the implementation of their activities, aimed at achieving the goals stipulated by the Charter.
The Association is a non-profit organization, the content of the Association's activities is reduced to the development and establishment of Standards and rules for the implementation of entrepreneurial activities by members of the Association and control over their observance.
Members of the Association may be individuals carrying out such activities:
- in the field of collection, accumulation, disposal, burial, processing, processing, storage, use, transportation of waste, as well as in the field of neutralization and disposal of waste of hazard class V (except for the neutralization and disposal of waste of hazard class I-IV, which is subject to licensing);
- in the field of use of secondary resources obtained from waste and engaged in their trade or in the field of recycling, processing of waste;
- in other related areas of production and economy (manufacturers of materials and structures, machinery and equipment; research, consulting and service organizations; analytical laboratories; educational institutions; financial institutions; mass media, etc.);
- in the field of production and import of technical lubricants and special liquids.
